ASSAULT was formed in June 2006 by vocalist Clarence and later joined by Hanesh (Guitar) and Syaz (Bass), Noh (Guitar) joined the band in March 2010 and Mitch Goon (drum) our newest member joined the band on January 2019. The group debut 4-track EP, titled “The Exceptions of the Rebellions “was released on 10th February 2011. The EP garnering numerous positive reviews from reputable heavy metal website & magazine worldwide i.e. Decibel Magazine and Heavy Metal Tribune.

The band first full-length album “The Fallen Reich” was released on 10 May 2017 worldwide by Transcending Obscurity Asia. The album further garnered attention of the band worldwide and received critical acclaims and recognition such as the “Best Release of the Year – Singapore” awarded by Global Metal Apocalypse in December 2017. The album was also reviewed by famous Japanese “BURNN” magazine in 2018. In January 2018, its debut album “The Fallen Reich” made it onto Bandwagon top 45 standout Singapore music release.

In supporting the release of its debut EP and album, ASSAULT have toured extensively in the Asia region since 2011 performing in countries such as Mongolia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. The band have also shared the stage with established bands such as Decapitated, Nervecell, Metalucifer, Rudra etc.
